Avocado Acknowledgment with Agrarian Apricot and Turmeric Egg

Gastroenterologist Emeran Mayer, columnist of the acknowledged book The Mind-Gut Connection (2016), gave us this recipe. Turmeric, which minimizes gut inflammation, tints the eggs a ablaze dusk hue.
