Black Bean Southwest Pizza

  • 1 pack Patagonia Accoutrement Atramentous Bean Soup
  • 8 blah tortillas (or able tostadas)
  • ½ cup canola oil, or aloof high-heat oil
  • 1 cup disconnected cheese, such as cheddar, Monterey jack or pepper jack, disconnected into 4 portions
  • ⅔ cup able salsa, disconnected into 4 portions
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 2 blooming onions, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 4 tbsp. cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 4 tbsp. queso fresco, burst (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
