Cauliflower Chickpea Couscous

Gastroenterologist Emeran Mayer, columnist of the acknowledged book The Mind-Gut Affiliation (2016), gave us this plant-based capital course, big on acidity and prebiotic fiber—and ginger. Like turmeric, amber helps abate inflammation. Ingredients

Putting It All Together
