Chimi Backtalk Guacamole

Spicy and over the top, in the best accessible way. If beginning backtalk seems like a splurge for guac, use tiny bay shrimp. Their close arrangement and acidity angle up able-bodied to the chile heat—and they’re a lot cheaper than crab. 

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. Organic Chimichurri Aroma Blend, divided
  • ½ white onion, cautiously diced
