Green Lentil Stew
Stew about takes hours, but starting with our Amoebic Blooming Lentil Soup makes it accessible to body layers of acidity in about 30 minutes. Plus, this compound makes abundant for a houseful of guests, and it’s abundant for potluck.
- 5 average Yukon Gold potatoes, thickly sliced
- 1½ lbs. amber button mushrooms, sliced
- Extra-virgin olive oil
