Southwest Atramentous Bean Chili

Fresh veggies and arena meat add abyss and actuality to this affable Atramentous Bean Chili compound created by Tracy On, Chef and Bistro Administrator at Patagonia Headquarters.



  • 1 pack Patagonia Accoutrement Atramentous Bean Soup
  • ½ lb. arena meat (such as turkey or beef)
  • ½ onion, diced
  • ½ jalapeno, seeds removed and diced (optional)
  • 1 (4 oz.) can blooming chiles
  • 1 average tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup masa harina, with a little balmy baptize to accomplish a paste
  • Cilantro Vinaigrette (see compound below)
  • Queso fresco, crumbled

Putting It All Together

  1. In a ample pot on medium-high heat, amber arena meat and division with alkali and pepper.
  2. Add onion, jalapeno and chiles and awning pan to diaphoresis until onion is translucent.
  3. Add amazon and baker approx. 5 added minutes.

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 blooming onions, diced
  • ¼ cup queso fresco
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ¼ cup oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Blend all capacity in a blender or aliment processor until smooth. Add baptize as bare for adapted consistency.
